Every 1st Gear wash is done by hand. No automatic brushes, no drive-through tunnel. The exterior gets a hand wash and a spot-free dry, the door jambs are wiped, and the tires get a wet-finish shine.
Inside, the dashboard, doors, cupholders, and crevices are wiped down and polished to remove cleaner residue, then the whole cabin gets a full vacuum.
The wash finishes with a ceramic liquid wax that adds gloss and a layer of protection between visits. Members on the unlimited plan get this wash as often as they like.
