What We Collect
When you book a wash, join the membership, or contact us, we collect the information needed to do the job: your name, phone number, email address, the address where the vehicle will be, and details about the vehicle and service.
Booking runs through Housecall Pro and membership payments run through our online shop. Those services collect your payment details directly under their own privacy policies. KLUTCH does not store your full card number.
This website uses privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics that count visits without identifying you.
How We Use It
To schedule and perform your service, send appointment confirmations and reminders, process payments, answer your questions, and let you know about promotions if you have asked to hear from us.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who We Share It With
Only the providers that help us run the business: our booking, payment, messaging, and email systems. Each one is required to protect your information and use it only to provide their service to us.
Your Choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or to stop sending you promotional messages, at any time. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of texts.
